The principle of spraying to achieve anti-corrosion effect is based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption to spray the surface of highway guardrail net. The spraying material uses polyester plastic coating. Polyester plastic has good stability and is not easy to be decomposed in the outside world. Spraying can well absorb the air Isolated from the iron wire, according to the current spray painting process technology, the spray thickness cannot be changed. In the anti-corrosion treatment, plastic dipping is acceptable to the public. Although the price is a little higher than the first two, the anti-corrosion effect is obvious. The plastic dipping uses a fluidized bed process and the material is polyethylene coating. The principle is to pre-prepare the product. After heating, the thermal effect of the product is used to melt the polyethylene powder and adhere to the surface of the product. Compared with spray molding, the thickness of dip molding can be adjusted according to user requirements. So it is natural that in a double-coating system, it is first galvanized and then sprayed or dipped. The product is double-layered and has good anti-corrosion properties.
